I came across this article and thought it was kinda interesting. Talks about nutrition while on certain meds...

There isn't any concrete dietary advice on that page at all, MandoLando, except in the title. Seems like it's heavily focused on SEO, mentioning all the brand names a bunch. The little preview blurb makes it sound like their drink mix is the only thing you need to eat.

This is feeling pretty spammish to me.
 
Something that might be useful for the topic, but for men only: oxandrolone. It not only keeps muscle, but it can add a bit and helps with burning fat.
 
Isn't Anavar a steroid? Won't that mess with your natural testosterone? Sounds like a bad idea unless you're already on TRT, in which case, why would you need Anavar?
 
Anavar doesn't suppress testosterone too much, Robin44. Low doses for short periods might have minimal or no suppression. Can be added with a low dose of letrozole (half a tab once a week) as a preventative. Or, yes, TRT.

Even on TRT, Anavar (oxandrolone) can be useful. It's very targeted for burning belly fat and preserving muscle during fasting, while also not impacting estrogen & DHT much. It's considered a gentler steroid, even approved for kids and women. I'd need to find that study though, can't recall the details from the top of my head.
 
Well, I learned something new today! Thanks, Erin71. I was actually considering a small dose of Anavar or maybe clen to help maintain muscle while cutting. But clen gives me too much anxiety, even with nebivolol.

I appreciate the tip, but I'm trying to do this the natty way, if you catch my drift.
