Sema not working? Help!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Started this roughly a month back... not seeing great results so far. Also pretty pricey. Just moved to the top dose today. Hit a plateau on the previous medication.

On the whole 'did it take a while' question, the single-pathway medication needs roughly four to five weeks of consistent weekly dosing before it actually reaches a stable presence in your body. That's exactly the window you just wrapped up at the smaller amount. So the first month isn't proof the smaller dose isn't doing anything, the concentration's simply still climbing. Bumping up the amount essentially restarts that buildup somewhat.

I personally did better on Contrave (lost 13.5kg over five months) than on Sema (only 5kg across four months). Worth a look if this doesn't work out for you, plus it costs less in lots of countries. I had to quit Contrave because several side effects together interfered with an existing chronic illness, otherwise I'd have kept going.

Same here. Paying cash for Sema on script, I put weight on and gave up fast. Good question! Mistakes are easy, and there are other variables. Case in point, I just discovered my knockoff pen gave only 3.5-4 units with the dial on 10. Had that gone on, I'd probably have judged that peptide (GHK-Cu here) a dud.

Everything comes down to cash. My father's been using semaglutide going on two years and shelled out 330-plus euro monthly from his own wallet during year one, and only after that does insurance cover it. He barely loses, thanks to how he lives. When I asked about moving to tirz (my own peptide use stays hidden from him at the moment, given how he'd react), his doctor says he isn't allowed tirz since he's not diabetic yet. This is crazy!
