Sema progress - 3 months in!

on sema from hers since nov 2024. started 195, lost 40 lbs by january, been flat or creeping up since. reduced appetite's gone. might be the pharmacy switch or coincidence but it sucks. on max dose they allow.
 
29 pounds in 13 weeks is a strong pace at any dose - getting into the old jeans at 3 months is the kind of marker that keeps the motivation consistent when the scale slows down.
