Sema progress - scale vs mirror?

I'm down 25 pounds using semaglutide! I'm stoked about what the scale says, but I don't think I see major physical differences yet. Anyone else experience this?

I totally feel you! I've dropped maybe 20lbs, but I swear I still look the same in the mirror! I'm trying to focus on how much better I feel, though.
