Wondering if anyone's got real body transformation pics from losing weight on this med? Preferably without surgery. I've dropped a stone but still have a long road, and when I see pics online everyone's got slim arms and legs. Don't think that's possible without surgery honestly. I can deal with a droopy belly but my arms keep me up at night.
 
Starting weight 93kg, goal 62kg, currently 69kg.

Started back in October 2025. Never pushed past 0.6mg on the single-pathway medication. Reluctant to increase since it's already working, the slower pace seems better for skin elasticity (already sagging a bit so no rush there), and it's easier on the wallet too.
