Hi everyone! I'm 5'2", 30 years old.
Started at 201 lbs, BMI of 36.8, size 14/16, L/XL tops, 36G bra.
Hit my goal of 135 lbs on July 21st! Now at 130 lbs, 23.8 BMI, size 2/4/6, S/M tops, 32DDD.

I've struggled with my weight forever. Turning 30 motivated me to make a change, and Wegovy has been amazing!

I started seeing a nutritionist last year. On Jan 12, 2025, I began 0.25mg Wegovy and saw results right away. Increased to 0.5mg in Feb 2025, then 1mg in March 2025. Still on 1mg, but the cravings are creeping back. Doctor wants me to stay here for a bit and then start weaning off.

My progress is all about diet; I didn't change my exercise. At 1mg, unhealthy food made me sick. I was also super tired. Now the nausea and exhaustion are gone, but I have some loose skin, so I'm focusing on exercise.

Some interesting observations:
- My mom and grandma saw changes first! Grandma noticed when I'd only lost a few pounds. Coworkers noticed at about 15 lbs lost. Men didn't comment until 40 lbs, and it was guys who also struggle with weight, then the fit guys.
- Growing up, all the movies had skinny girls who thought they were huge. So, we were told not to weigh ourselves every day, or we'd get an eating disorder. But that was bad advice for me! I always think I look fine, even when I'm gaining weight. I guess I have reverse body dysmorphia? So, I need to weigh myself daily to stay grounded. Anyone else feel this way??
- My feet shrunk half a size, and I had to shorten my necklaces. Unexpected!
- Shopping is way easier now. It's sad that clothing companies don't make flattering plus-size clothes. Everyone deserves clothes that fit. Except bras... those are harder to find in my new size!
- Wegovy isn't cheap, but buying a new wardrobe was pricier!!! Keep that in mind.

This is super motivating. Congrats! I'm 5'4", 170lbs and started a month ago. I'm at 0.25 and going to 0.5 next week. I'm already seeing a difference, and it's so inspiring to see your progress! I hope my chest gets smaller, haha.

Exactly! Wegovy is expensive, but... I'd rather pay for it than hospital bills and failing health! Totally worth it.

Mothers were the first to notice changes!
So true about moms noticing first! My mom is the only one who knows I'm on it, but she commented I look slimmer. I've dropped like five pounds in the last 2-3 weeks. She said she can tell by my back, my upper hip and lower waist area.

I never realized how big I got after having kids. I think I just thought my photos were bad angles lol.

Well done, you must feel incredible, and you look it!

Congratulations!!! Wegovy has been a game changer for me too. I'm not drinking every night anymore and I'm being much more mindful about what I eat. About 45 pounds from my goal, but I'm getting there!

It's amazing how much sema can change your life. It's not just about the weight loss, but also about feeling comfortable in your own skin again.

It's more than just weight. It's also boosted my confidence. I actually wanted to have some beach photos taken recently, which is something I'd never do before!

I totally get that feeling! I've lost about 25 pounds, and I'm finally feeling myself again. It's like a second chance at life!

That's wonderful! It's not just about the physical changes, but the mental and emotional ones too.

Paying out of pocket for sema now after switching from something else. Put on 5 pounds from that photo but holding steady.
