Hey everyone! Just wanted to share my experience. I started on semaglutide last year using an online telehealth service. My initial weight was 201 lbs, and I've been steadily losing weight without any adverse effects. I've also noticed some amazing changes: I went from a larger size (12/14) to comfortably fitting into size 4 jeans, my scrub size went from XL to XS, and my endurance at the gym has increased dramatically. It's been a game-changer. My goal is to reach 120lbs, then I want to add some muscle, around 130lbs.

I actually started at 201 too and now I'm around 145!! It's awesome seeing someone with similar stats and results! I'm 5'5" and thinking about getting down to 135 and then trying to build some muscle. I kinda like your plan, but I'm not sure my chest can handle any more weight loss lol. I'm leaning towards 130 and bulking up to 140. Congrats on your progress!

I saw a post the other day from someone who was hiding at the beach for years and now is posing! It's amazing what this medication does for confidence! She said:

That's so great to hear! I'm only a few weeks in and still waiting to see big results, but this is motivating. Hopefully I can also say it's a 'life saver' soon!

I read a post from someone saying, "One year on semaglutide, 77 lbs down, but the real change was my life 🫶" and it really resonated with me. It's not just about the weight, it's about feeling good and being able to live your life to the fullest.

Mike_1977 That's awesome that you're seeing similar results! I think building muscle is a great goal. And, totally understand your concern...lol! Good luck on your journey!
