Sema vial lasts too long?

Back on the wagon after a year off. Got some 10mg vials this time. If I start at .25 and slowly go up, it'll take me over 3 months to finish one vial. Is that okay? I think the pens are good for 90 days?

I've used reconstituted sema that's been in the fridge for way over three months. Honestly, couldn't tell the difference between that and a fresh vial from the same batch. I'm not a scientist, but from what I've read, it seems like GLP-1s just lose potency over time, they don't become dangerous. And refrigeration slows that down.

Bac water definitely helps! Just be careful when you add the water, @Recon_Mom. You want it to go down the sides of the bottle and not directly into the powder, or it can damage the peptide.

I'm new to all this, too. Is there a good way to even out the pressure in the vial when you add the water? I always have trouble. Like is there a guide somewhere?

Mine came out 37 years ago. My doc said to take it out because a gallbladder attack mimics heart problems, and that'd send you to the ER running endless tests. One less thing to stress about going forward.

Sterility should be okay as long as you wipe the vial with alcohol before pulling into the needle. Beyond that main risk is breakdown over time, which might make it weaker. Hard to say exactly how quick that happens.

Sema max was 2mg for a long time, then went to 2.4mg, now 7.2mg is in trials. So bumping tirz from 15mg weekly to every five days shouldn't be a big jump. That's what I'm planning for September when I cut more calories. I'm already hungry on day seven at 15mg, adding more deficit won't help. Was hungrier two months back when I had to get 10mg because of supply problems.

Got two T15 kits on Saturday, showed up the next day from the warehouse. The vial holders were opaque this time around - kind of a new thing. This is my unboxing review basically! I'm gonna wait a while before actually trying it on myself though.

been on this for years at max dose, zero issues. just restarted after pregnancy and thought i could go straight back up. felt like trash for 3 days. definitely not doing that again, back to 0.25 for me.

Maintaining through travel is a real result. A 10mg vial at slow escalation stretches further than most expect once you find your therapeutic dose.

The vial longevity at a slow titration is fine for compounded peptides - stability with proper storage (2-8C, away from light) holds well past 90 days for reconstituted sema under BAC. The REM improvement signal from DSIP on Apple Watch is weak evidence but consistent enough that people keep using it.
