I just hit the 170s myself! My peak was around 235, so it's a thrill to see 178 on the scale. Plus my blood work is great now! Onward to 165!

That's a valid concern. Staying hydrated and doing strength training can help minimize loose skin during weight loss.

My highest weight was around 350, and I'm down to 242 now. Semaglutide has been a massive help!
