Semaglutide Journey - 5 Weeks In!

Hi everyone! I'm a little over a month into using Semaglutide and wanted to share my experience. I was a bit anxious posting, but everyone here seems so kind and supportive!

Wow!! @Aunt_Becca, listen up! If you keep losing weight super fast like this, you're likely gonna have excess skin issues. I wish someone told me this beforehand. I shed around 35 pounds in 3 months and now I'm dealing with loose skin everywhere. I'm exercising now, but it might be too late. My trainer says I might need skin removal to look normal. Try to lose weight at a moderate pace 😘

For those just starting out, don't see this as a failure if you need medication.

This is one of the most impressive 5-week transformations I've witnessed! Congratulations on your efforts, and please prioritize self-care. 🌟
It's a tool to help you get healthier. It's like using a hammer to hang a picture rather than your fist!

Thank you everyone for the kind words and support! I'm still learning so much and really appreciate the advice about potential loose skin. I'll definitely keep that in mind as I continue my journey!

Stopped after two weeks due to early discouragement from scale. Paused a month, then regained traction. Currently on week seven of semaglutide with one vacation week off. No visible fat loss yet since still overweight, no body scan. Ending this cycle soon and switching to cjc/ipamorelin.

libido tanked first 36 hours on 2.5mg. over 14 weeks recovery took work. strength training 3x weekly vitamin d3 magnesium glycinate nMn and betaine helped. kisspeptin-10 before sex brought me back. now just four days in feeling like a eunuch.
