I'm on Ozempic. For the first 6-7 months, I didn't change anything. I was on .5mg weekly and my appetite was seriously decreased and I went from 230 to 170. I stalled in November, so my dose went up to 1mg.

I've been on sema for 4 months and I've shed about 28 pounds. I'm on the smallest dose .5, and haven't had bad side effects except a little tummy rumbling at the start, which went away, and maybe some tiredness. I'm just 6 pounds from my goal and then I'll talk to my doctor about how to maintain. She's giving me two more refills, so two more months, and then we'll figure it out. I'm 78, and being 173 was too much, I felt every pound!

Has anyone heard about thyroid cancer being linked to Semaglutide? I'm picking up my prescription next week, and that's the side effect I'm dreading!

How are people under 200 lbs dropping 5-10lbs per week? Seems mathematically impossible! Is it just water weight? I'm losing a pound weekly.

Has anyone tried those energy boost shots? I saw some people use them with sema to help with the extreme tiredness and lack of energy. I feel dead all the time, but I can't rest, gotta work. I buy sema online but can't find the energy shots online. I need my energy back.

I feel like my weight loss has slowed way down. SW: 236lbs CW: about 184. I've been on it for almost a year, and it's not coming off as fast. I’m on the highest dose through Mochi Health.

Plateaus happen. Are you exercising and eating healthy?

For those just starting, remember time will pass anyway! Even if it's scary to start, it may be worthwhile. One person shared they started at almost 310lbs and are now around 180lbs!
