I cycled off it 3 times. tried everything. when I'm on a GLP-1, I don't have the bad habits and live better. nobody paid for that 400lbs—I did, including surgeries and compounded Tirz for 2 years. less than 10% of people keep 100+ lbs off for 10 years.

my doc was clear from the start that stopping means gaining it back — my issue was menopausal weight gain and my metabolism was already shot before that. on it for life. it's about €150 but I can afford it. living in europe means no insurance nightmare. resigned to psyllium-husk porridge forever but honestly fine with it.
