I've been struggling with my weight since my daughter was born. PCOS makes it so hard! Seems like no matter what, I was stuck. But semaglutide has totally changed everything! Started at 180, now I'm 139, and my goal is 135. I'm 5'3".

My stats are very similar, and I also have PCOS. How long did it take you to get here? Did you just watch your portions, change your diet, or just let the medication do its thing?

I'm happy to answer the questions! I mostly tried to up my water intake. It helped with the constipation some people talk about.

I will tell you what helped me, DosesAndMimosas: prioritize protein with every meal. It really helps you feel fuller longer!

I think the 'Ozempic face' thing is overblown. Some people look AMAZING after losing weight. It's just the natural shape of their face showing up without the extra weight.
