Sharing GLP-1 use: yay or nay?

need to lose 60lbs and going slow. but getting my A1C under control is incredible. mood's better, inflammation's down, I have PCOS and got my period back. 3 weeks in, down 4kg mostly water. staying active, eating clean. cravings went from screaming to whispers.
 
That's awesome you're responding well! I'm 5 weeks in and my body kinda got used to it. Started grazing more and food noise came back. Still eating way less though. Got irritated after a week and a half—pretty annoying but think it was dehydration and low calories. Did a fast to shift to fat-burning, started magnesium to help.
 
Started tirz yesterday at 2.2mg and it's so quiet — no side effects. Today zero food noise. No voice saying 'eat more because you're bored.' Had to remind myself eating's a good idea. Not hungry. Kinda wild how subtle but how it works lol.
