Shirt size down!

Amazing! This is super motivating. My plan is to drop about 45lbs in the next quarter. Increasing to 7.5mg on Monday... currently at 5mg.
 
That's awesome! I've only managed to lose around 26 pounds in three and a half months. It's discouraging seeing others' huge progress in the same timeframe. Still on 7.5 mgs... Feeling like progress is so slow for me.

Relatively light workouts, mostly just walking and some light weights. Diet is focused on protein and vegetables - chicken, fish, salads. I'm tracking calories and trying to stay in a deficit.
