Shrinking size, growing middle?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Same here, plateaued since January. But I recently realized this is actually the first time I've ever dropped a significant amount and then held steady at that new lower number. Honestly I'm totally content plateauing. Maybe this just happens to be the easiest weight for my body to sit at.

Dropped 10 pounds in the first six weeks, then completely stalled. Seven months in now and haven't moved an inch since. My guess is something hormonal is going on, though I haven't pinned it down yet.

Always referred to it as settling. Basically you dip lower during active weight loss, but once maintenance kicks in the body finds its natural resting point, usually landing a touch heavier than the lowest number hit.

Worth asking your doctor whether moving to 10mg could help. I hit a stall at 7.5 too, and moving up to 10mg broke through it and got me the rest of the way to goal weight.

Everything else you're doing sounds solid! Just make sure you're actually tracking what you eat and watching for stray bites, licks, or tastes sneaking in uncounted. Done that myself plenty of times.
