sketchy bac water?

Anyone ever use the 2ml bac water from FitForHealth to reconstitute? After ordering I'm second guessing myself. Should I have gotten a different brand of bac water? Kinda anxious to use it now.

It's mostly a U.S. thing. Many countries use sterile water or saline (single-use vials) to avoid contamination. It's not that everyone else is wrong, but the U.S. can be excessive. If they do alright with just sterile water, it says something.

I saw Dr. Jake talk about if bac water was even that important. I gotta rewatch it... pretty sure he said it's not a big deal lol. Don't quote me yet!

We don't use bac water in our hospital, just sodium chloride or sterile water, but only single-use. I'd use sterile water for a single dose peptide if I had one.

I saw the interview with Dr. Jake. He said Europe uses sterile water instead of bacteriostatic water because of benzyl alcohol reactions. But US hospitals give meds in 1-2 days, not refrigerated for a month.

I've been reading about using acetic acid instead of bac water, especially for particular peptides. Supposedly gives a longer shelf life. Anyone got experience with that?

I'd love to know more, that's new to me. What kind of peptides are you thinking of?

used amazon bac water at first, had no idea. probably switching to hospira next and gonna try filtering. saw peptidetest sells it for $11 the other day.

when you start stacking too much you lose the ability to tell what's actually working. for me i pick one or two things for my goal, then reassess every month or two. maybe you're hitting your goal, maybe something else became more important, or maybe drop one and try another.

Saved some for later and they're gone too. Search for reconstitution supplies now brings up sterile water and cases instead of what used to show 30 hits.

had to dig into insulin legality for my dog from years back. turns out my state made insulin Rx-only in 2023, but syringes are still OTC. seems backward—what if someone runs out on a Friday night?

I've never seen a China batch go bad before opening. Saline has the same failure rate as US eye drops. Hosperia is the best. The glass vials are nice too — I reuse them for travel pill kits. Batches are tested; the links are solid if you want to verify.
