You really don't need much: BAC water, 1ml and 0.5ml syringes for pinning, alcohol wipes, sharps bin. Everything else—especially empty vials—is honestly a waste.
The pH argument for adding AA is that pure BAC runs alkaline and some peptides degrade faster in that range - the practical difference is small for short-term use but becomes meaningful past 4-6 weeks of storage.
The easy-touch autorelease is a known issue - the pressure mechanism can trigger on insertion alone. FitForHealth BAC water is generally fine; the vial is what needs checking.
