Sketchy lipo shots?

I am getting frustrated with the lipo injections. It seems like every provider is putting benzyl alcohol or even a numbing agent in their mixes. Is this even legal? I'm just looking for the old-school MIC blend from a few years ago.

Does a lipo-c injection even exist these days without those additives?

I'm mainly after the MIC blend. If this isn't allowed, please remove.

Honestly, the whole lipotropic/amino acid injection thing seems pointless. There are so many ingredients crammed into one little vial that it's impossible to test properly, so suppliers can get away with anything. Plus, there's not much real proof they even work. Everyone who thinks they're getting results is probably also using a GLP medication which has 10x the fat burn. It’s a garbage market and should disappear.

I'm mainly interested in the vitamins – the MIC blend and L-carnitine. I don't like swallowing the MIC stuff; I feel like it doesn't absorb as well.

But I see your point!

Get your lipo shots from a compounding pharmacy – you're way more likely to get a legitimate product. Otherwise, you might just be injecting colored water from an overseas vendor.

I get my injections (the "Bio Boost Plus") from a compounding pharmacy. I'm pretty happy with it. I bought a kit from an online seller and it burned like crazy for days! I tried reducing the dose, but it still messed me up. As a last resort, I tried an IM shot in my leg, and I was limping for a week. Never again! The pharmacy stuff is great, and I really recommend it! The only downside is that it's $100 for 30ml.

Yeah, that price is insane! I'm used to paying $100 for 10x10ml, lol. Maybe I'll bite the bullet for now if no one is selling the good stuff without the lidocaine and alcohol.

It's frustrating. When I first started sourcing outside of the usual channels, I found a great deal through a third-party vendor. I don't remember the price, but it was tested and legit. I even added my own vitamin B to it. The worst part is that I can't find that specific vitamin B *anywhere* anymore. The one batch they tested came back good then, poof, it was gone.

I keep seeing ads for peptides promising all kinds of benefits. Has anyone tried sermorelin? I saw a chart showing potential things like improved cognitive function. Seems like a good way to sharpen the mind while also feeling better.

I've experimented with both Melanotan II (MT2) and PT-141. For me, PT-141 is better when I'm going to be in the sun a lot since MT2 can cause excessive tanning. Both give me some light nausea and really improve things downstairs, if you know what I mean!

Interesting. I've been thinking about trying MT2 for libido. Does PT-141 have the same effect?

I agree with Rene_1995 that a lot of the claims are overblown, especially when it comes to certain peptides. But, like with anything, some people respond better than others. Always start with a low dose to see how your body reacts.

I've heard that some people need to be sleeping well for things like MT2 to really work. Makes sense that your body would need to be rested to benefit from any kind of hormone therapy.

For those looking at peptides like MT2 or PT-141, accurate dosing is crucial. If you have a 10mg vial and reconstitute it with 3ml of bacteriostatic water, you'll have approximately 333mcg per 0.1ml on your syringe. So, if you aim for about 0.075ml on your syringe that’s roughly 250mcg. Start small and adjust accordingly.
