Skin Tightening Tips, Pls?

Wow, another thread mentioning fasting? I think it's a trend. Maybe I'll finally try it with tirz to keep me from wanting to snack. 🙄

That's why I haven't tried KLOW. I know I won't do daily injections. Getting myself to inject once a week is already hard enough, and I usually miss it by a day or so.

I got loose skin even without losing weight, just from aging. So I really want to try something... How do celebrities keep their skin so firm? These women in their 50s look like they could be 30! I understand the face treatments, but what about the rest of them? I exfoliate, lotion up, and use sunblock, but my body skin is yelling 'old lady!'

GLOW and KLOW are popular in Beverly Hills wellness places. Lots of stars and influencers are talking about peptides now because of that. Maybe you'll think about daily injections if you keep looking into it. If someone has lost a lot of weight – like 80-100 lbs – those peptides won't help much with loose skin, and surgery is the only real option.

I do GHK-Cu injections, and I can see a difference in my face and neck fine lines. The injections also help with skin elasticity all over. I had a CO2 laser done about 4 years ago on my face and hands with great results. I'm getting it done again on my face, neck, chest, and hands this week. Botox every 6 months.

My skin routine is tretinoin and estriol cream at night. In the daytime, I use vitamin C powder with resveratrol/ferulic acid, a few serums, moisturizer, and sunscreen. I make my own face mist with rose water, glycerin, niacinamide powder, and trehalose. I use it morning and night.

I look at photos of myself from 10 years ago, and my skin looks better now. You can erase some years if you do some upkeep and have a good skin routine. I have dry skin and use a cleansing balm and cream-to-foam cleanser that doesn't strip my skin. I do an acid peel once or twice a month to remove dead skin and brighten it.

It sounds like a lot, but it only takes a few minutes, plus the monthly treatments.

My plan to fight my loose skin after losing 265lbs is to get skin removal surgery in eastern europe.
It helps with looks and removes fat cells in that process to help with keeping the weight off.

Mix a serum of matrixyl (1 vial) with ghk-cu (1 vial ) with some BAC. Thin mix with a hyaluronic acid serum that's as clean as you can find. Use on lose skin two times a day . You can also use GLOW or KLOW for the GHK – CU..

Remember that losing weight too fast will cause more muscle loss and loose skin. The recommendation is about 1% of your body weight each week. At 240lbs, that would be 2.4 lbs a week. It takes longer, but it lets your body adjust.

Well, I've been on KLOW - it's got 4 peptides in it: GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157, and TB500. It's supposed to help with healing. I can't say for sure it'll stop loose skin or fix it... but it's helped my pain, and some people say their skin's better while taking it. I'm still losing weight, so maybe it's helping? Fingers crossed.

Would you say you look younger since starting that?

I've been seeing stuff online about 'Ozempic face.' Anyone else heard of that? Sounds like losing facial fat and people judging it. I don't think I care, I'd rather be thinner!

Mines made me look like 5 years younger!

It's interesting how some people are saying their skin looks better on weight loss meds! I saw one person online say her skin is the best it's ever been and she doesn't even need to use as much makeup anymore.

Has anyone suddenly had bad acne since starting their GLP-1? I'm breaking out like I'm a teenager again :-/

Changes in body fat can shift hormone levels, which might be why you're seeing acne. I'd suggest seeing a dermatologist.
