How long ago did you have the sleeve, and when did you start gaining again? Also, if you don't mind sharing, about how much did you put back on? I had my vertical sleeve gastrectomy in Summer '23 and only managed to drop like 20ish pounds in about half a year before I started creeping back up. Started sema a couple months ago, hoping for better results this time.

I also had regain after my sleeve... ended up getting a revision to a different bariatric surgery. Now I'm on sema to get my head straight, haha.

Me too! Had the sleeve about five years ago. Dropped maybe 60, but gained every single ounce back because it didn't do anything for my cravings. I've been on sema for almost a year now and I'm down like 75 pounds. I think this, together with the sleeve, is an awesome combo! Way faster and more effective than the sleeve by itself!

That's awesome to hear! Really inspiring!

What revision did you get? I'm thinking of one, but I'm not sure what to do.

I've been on a similar journey. Started with another medication, dropped about ten pounds then bounced right back. Now I'm on sema and it's been so much better. Slow and steady progress!
