Slow & steady wins the GLP race!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
30 lbs in a year at the highest dose is the slow loser category by forum standards but 210 to 178 is a real result. The comparison trap where everyone else seems to lose faster makes steady trajectory feel insufficient when it isn't. You're still moving and that's what matters.

40 on Ozempic and then a 3.5 month stall on MJ before things started moving again at 10-12.5mg is the frustrating middle part of the story. The OP's years of gradual progress and the stall periods are the same emotional experience. Slow and steady does win it but the stalls make it hard to believe. Keep going.

mom in a similar situation and finding it at higher doses of tirz is a useful data point for the OP's slow and steady story. the big loss earlier and the recent struggle isn't a reversal, it's the kind of variation that shows up in a multi-year run. higher doses finding what the lower doses didn't is a real pattern.

Been stuck in this same cycle for 10 months now. Walking's the one thing that actually moves the needle, hit 10k steps daily and a kilo or two disappears over a month, but it all comes creeping back once I quit doing it.

My endo isn't worried about it though, says it's fine to sit at this weight for the time being, but the plan going forward is a switch to Mounjaro, probably in a couple months.

Three months in and slowly down 11 pounds. Definitely expected faster progress, but can confirm my hunger control fluctuates in waves. Genuinely feels like an emotional rollercoaster.
