Two years in, and I'm thrilled to announce I've gone from 210 to 160! It's been gradual, not always easy, but sticking with it is paying off. I feel healthier than I have in a decade! Hoping this inspires other slow progress folks. 🩷

Slow progress club member here too! It's taken me 16 months to drop 55 pounds, going from 276 to 221. It's awesome to see other slow progress stories. Did you ever plateau? I sometimes lose only a pound a month, and other times it's 3-4. It's all over the place, but I recently tweaked my workouts and upped my protein, so fingers crossed I break the 200 barrier!

That sounds like a super healthy, consistent, and maintainable strategy for shedding pounds. Fantastic! You're amazing. ❤️ Congrats!!! 🥳

That's fantastic! I started taking it around last October/November at 0.25mg and was hopeful. Lost 5 pounds right away, but I gained most of it back due to a month off for a procedure. I restarted afterward, even bumped up to 0.5mg, but the scale hasn’t moved in two months. Hoping for a change soon.

Thanks for the update! I really needed to hear that. I've lost almost 20 pounds since July, increasing my dosage slowly. I just started 1mg, but I've been stuck for over a month and have been feeling down about it. I'm aiming for a gradual, sustainable approach. I started at 303 and I'm at 284, so I KNOW it works. Patience is key!

Hey TrueCrew, regarding your question about sustained effectiveness, I've been on the same med for over a year, and I've noticed that the effects do lessen over time. So, I make sure to work out a lot and eat clean to compensate. It is still helping, just not as much as in the beginning.
