Slow & Steady wins the race?

read about slow digestion and health issues. GLPs slow gastric emptying down and i'm wondering what the forum thinks — are there real risks here or just typical side effect management?
 
My advice is slow down and stick to 4-week titration so you don't build tolerance fast. Loss is a mix of the med and what you do. You're training your mind and body both. Slow wins long-term. Once you find a seller you trust it's tempting to try everything but then if you stall it's hard to know what to tweak.
 
Consistency over 2 years is the most honest version of what actually works - not a specific dose or protocol, just not stopping when it gets hard. That 50 lb result over that timeframe is something worth holding onto. How are you thinking about maintenance from here?
