Slow & Steady Wins the Race?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Yes, been at a small dose for close to two months, and the number keeps dropping steadily. No plans to move up. If it's working, why change anything? Makes tapering off easier and cheaper down the line too.

Welcome to the plateau club. Been parked here a while... 87 pounds down. Held steady there for two or three months with minor fluctuation. Currently at 7.5mg.

Just crossed into 92 pounds down as of this morning. Recommitted to watching my intake, upped my activity level, and expect another stall before the next drop happens.

Happy with the progress overall. What caught me off guard was how many people noticed changes over these past three months despite the scale staying frozen. Assumed I was still actively losing.

Turns out my clothes started fitting noticeably better, some pieces now too loose, all while the number on the scale never moved.

Wish I'd taken body measurements from the start, suspect there's been some real reshaping and muscle gain happening too.

Wouldn't stress over it. Took a long time putting that weight on in the first place. Stay the course. Keep your doctor looped in.

Worth double-checking your calories in versus calories out too. Make sure your baseline burn rate hasn't dropped below wherever your current eating pattern has settled.
