Slow titration vs. brand name schedule?

Anyone else going super slow on the titration, instead of the suggested increases? My research subject wants a personalized plan. I even made a basic decay rate tracker to estimate potency. Anyone experimenting and seeing results?

Not shocked the manufacturers push weekly doses. It's all about the delivery mechanism. More frequent injections = more pen costs for them, even if twice a week is more effective. StallBreaker, I'd be interested in seeing that tracker if you are willing to share.

There's an app called Injections Reminder, it's free (unless you want premium stuff). It seems like what you’re trying to do. My subject started at 2.0 once a week, then 4.0 (split as 2.0 twice a week) and the app showed how the dips smoothed.

It's just basic subtraction, you can do it in Excel. The trickiest part was figuring out the daily decay calculation. Sustance X has a half-life of 115 hours (almost 5 days). Sustance Y has a half-life of 170 hours (a little over 7 days).

N(o) = Remaining half-life from yesterday
t = 24 hours
t 1/2 = 115 or 170 hours

I started tirz at the regular dose range, and waited about a month between increases to monitor side effects. I took a dose a couple days early during week three to shift my injection day. I also use the Injection Reminder app which helped with timing. I like that I can log weight, side effects, and notes. Also, found this graph creator: https://glp1plotter.com/

On the topic of dosing correctly, it's important to consider individual response and product stability. I saw a question about Ozempic pen usage. The pen is typically considered stable for 56 days after the first use if stored at room temperature, but refrigeration may extend its usability, potentially up to the expiration date printed on the pen. However, efficacy may degrade after the 56-day mark, so monitor your blood sugar levels closely.

Wait, so the Ozempic pen is only good for 2 months? Even if there's stuff left? That's wasteful!
Officially, yes. The manufacturer guidelines state 56 days after first use, though refrigeration may extend this somewhat. It's a balance between potential waste and ensuring consistent dosing.

I'm curious about optimizing hormone production. My doctor suggested something similar to Sermorelin for my wife, but I'm concerned about the dosage instructions. I heard that a typical dose is between 250-1000 mcg per day.
