SLU-PP-332 - Anyone else scratching their head?

So, the oral absorption is apparently questionable to begin with, but you can find pills with dosages all over the place, like from 300mcg to 25mg! Is this just a total shot in the dark?

Basically, yeah. Human equivalent doses versus what rats got is like, 5mg/kg, but then people are saying even the tiny 300mcg doses did something for them. I'm betting it's a placebo thing.

I'm actually curious about experimenting with this, but I am not sure if I should try 300mcg or 25mg. That's a massive difference!

I just spent $120 on a bottle of the 300mcg pills. Should be here soon. I'm interested to see if that small dose does anything. I read some people had success with 600mcg split into 2 doses daily. 2mg, let alone 25mg, sounds insane.

Rats got 55mg per kg in studies, which is about 5mg per kg for a person.

Even 25mg is way low for most of us when compared to the studies, even though human equivalent dosing isn't always cut and dried. If SLU works in people and is generally safe, I'd guess 25mg is more likely to do something than 300mcg.

But, I really can't tell people to use something with no human trials.

I tried SLU about a month ago, for one week. Put on about 3 lbs. Made me jittery, like I had too much coffee. 0.75mg, twice a day, under the tongue. I'll try it again later. Only wanna run one pep at a time.

I'm wondering if anyone has experience with Ipamorelin/Sermorelin from a compounding pharmacy? I'm seeing a lot of options now. I've used Ipamorelin/ModGRF before but not from a compounding pharmacy. I liked it for fat loss and injury recovery, seemed to help. It feels like most people skip right to anabolics but this is a solid alternative.

Lots of people are using peps but they don't get them from compounding pharmacies since the prices are usually much higher. You could look at the community and find tons of users.

I'm 68 and thinking about prostate health. I've had some minor issues before. All the conventional approaches seem wrong. I want to try Prostamax, the bioregulator peptide.

Have you seen any data about its impact on PSA levels or cancer risk?

I've read anecdotal stories of PSA dropping from 5 to 1 in people with prostatitis. As for cancer, it's just speculation that it might lower the risk, but it's not a treatment.

At 71 I'm seeing solid results with gh secretagogues. Sun-Thu mornings with one combo, Tues/Thurs/Sat with another. IGF-1 running about 2x age-normal now, might dial it back.

Lost sixty pounds and noticed my neck and shoulders lost muscle mass too. Used to hunch forward but now when I walk without my cane or carry groceries, my head falls forward and shoulders droop. Feels wrong. Maybe increasing protein would help? Wondering if anyone else experienced this.
