Stacking peps for weight loss?

Hi everyone!

I'm just getting into peptides and I'm super curious about stacking. Any experiences you can share?

I'm currently taking 7.5mg of tirzepatide. I'm thinking about adding AOD 9604 and maybe 5 Amino 1MQ to boost weight loss, get more energy, and reduce inflammation.

Also, if you stack and buy in bulk... can you DM me your source? My prescription for Zepbound is ending soon. Thanks!

If you're digging around for energy tips, try searching old posts with 'fatigue' or 'performance'.

MOTS-c pops up a lot for energy, but exercise naturally boosts that too.

AOD actually helped me a lot!

I take 400mcg in the evening, like 3 hours after my last meal, and another dose when I wake up. I do 20 days on, then 10 days off. Along with my Tirz, I've lost around 50lbs in less than 3 months. The first month with just Tirz I only lost 10lbs. But the next month and a half with AOD I lost the other 40lbs.

Okay, I'm going to be straight with you:

If you think AOD is working, it's most likely just a placebo effect. If it really worked, the company wouldn't have stopped development after spending millions on it. They didn't stop because of safety problems - it just didn't do anything. Companies don't halt trials if they're seeing even inconsistent positive results.

Even HGH itself doesn't have that much of an impact on weight loss. If it did, it would be huge news. The part of HGH that AOD tries to copy only boosts lipolysis. It doesn't speed up your metabolism or increase your deficit. Any released fat will just get stored again without a deficit. Even if it worked, you wouldn't see much better weight loss compared to a GLP-1. You’d only see a better ratio of fat loss to lean mass loss - if you weren't already doing resistance training and eating enough protein.

But it doesn't even do that. The receptor it uses doesn't work the same in humans as it did in the rats where they saw results. Don't spend your money on it.

I'm curious about stacking GHRPs with IGF-LR3. Does anyone know if there's any real benefit to doing that?

I'm trying to learn more about this stuff. I'm mainly interested in the athletic performance boost, like in those studies where high-dose GH improved anaerobic capacity. I know GHRP-6 with IGF-1 won't have the same effect, but would the increased IGF-1 cause a negative feedback loop that blocks the GHRP's effect?

I'm on TRT, about 100mg a week, and using 2000 units of HCG weekly. When I add in 100mg of nandrolone, I feel like my balls shrink, even with the HCG. Anyone else experience this? Is there a test to see if my testes are working? My sperm count has been zero for a while.

Rice, certain vegetables, and fruit fibers all feed good gut bacteria that help with weight loss. Most people lacking that balance gain weight easily. Keeping calories under 2000 means you're not overdoing carbs.

My mom's sixty three, similar situation. Research on them stopping progression and preventing it looks really good. She's already lean so weight loss unnecessary, wondering if lower doses would work.

officially hit 100 pounds down since i started this whole thing in 2020 at 290. sitting at 190 now. cannot stop screaming about it.

Just my take influenced by others. Like tesamorelin over growth hormone personally. Not 30 anymore. It triggers some release plus helps weight. Stopped my diabetes med since stacking. Getting better results from it than that med. Stopped paying for that by paying for this, win-win. Have berberine but not used yet. Do add ceylon cinnamon to first coffee mornings. Started two weeks before quitting the other med. Think it's helping glucose. Bloodwork says I might lower the other med too.

2 peptides with weekly tracking is a clean approach - simple enough to isolate what is working. Weekly weigh-ins reduce the noise.
