Stacking sema/tirz - anyone tried it?

I've been using sema since last fall. I stopped for a couple months in the winter due to getting sick. I restarted in early spring at a low dose and have slowly ramped up to .75mg. The weight reduction has been pretty slow. I'm thinking about adding tirz and wondering about combining it with the sema. Maybe to fully shift to tirz, or possibly keep them both going. Anyone have experience here? I'm looking for specifics. Dosages? Schedule? Same day injections or spaced out? Thanks!

Sema at .5 and tirz at 7.5 worked wonders for me. I plateaued for ages at 15mg tirz, then when I was short on funds I decided to stack to cut costs. Been doing it for 3 weeks and finally dialed it in.

Thanks, MedRN! I'm doing .75/week right now, but the first few days I'm crazy nauseous. Then the last few days, no appetite suppression at all. I'm thinking I need to split the sema dose even by itself. Hopefully, adding Tirz will solve this and lead to less nausea.

I'm stacking both and wondering about the order - start with tirz or semaglutide first? I did .25 sema and the appetite control isn't where I'd like it yet. We went semaglutide first and are adding tirz this weekend.

I'm on 15mg TZ every 5 days and .5mg SG every 7 days. I started the SG in early April after stalling for ~4 months. Once I hit .5mg SG (after two weeks at .25mg), it was like a switch flipped. I've shrunk about 14 lbs since then. It's been a little over a month.

My dosing probably isn't relevant for you. However, based on what I know, I'd recommend switching from SG to TZ completely and skipping the stacking. The side effects are milder with TZ. You'll probably have a better time and maybe drop even more weight. Just my two cents.

Semaglutide lost its effectiveness for me, so I switched to Tirzepatide at 7.5mg weekly, which is working. I don't believe stacking with Semaglutide would be beneficial in my case.

My Tirzepatide supply is likely insufficient to reach my target weight. Therefore, I'm considering purchasing Retrutatide. It would provide a backup if Tirzepatide fails or I experience side effects at higher doses.

Also, using Retatrutide instead of increasing the Tirzepatide dosage could reduce side effects while extending my supplies. What are your thoughts?

I've been thinking about Reta too, no-more-snacks. I think I've got a little FOMO about it LOL. Is it really that much better than TZ? I'm spending a ton of time reading and researching... but haven't made up my mind yet.

I'm curious, TrimSis and others, what’s the advantage of stacking Sema and Tirz? Sema is just GLP-1. Tirz is GLP-1 and GIP. Then there’s Reta which is GLP-1, GIP, and Glucagon Receptor. “Triple G”

After things got rough with my provider, I decided to stack. I messed up the sema dose and gave myself a huge amount! I lowered the tirz dose, but I was still hungry, so I have a normal dose of 10 tirz and the lowest dose of sema. Before stacking, I was stuck at 15 tirz. After stacking for 3 weeks, I'm down 13#! I'm happy now. Keep me updated, y'all.

I'm on MJ and thinking about adding Tesofensine. Anyone have experience with this combo? Did you take it orally or via injection? My doc is open to it and suggested it; I'm just doing some research.

I took teso with my meds. It gave me crazy energy but my sleep went to total crap. Lots of ppl can't handle it long term. Try a small order first and see what happens. Also, a lower dose (500mg) might give you fewer side effects than the higher dose (1g).

I've also considered adding Ipamorelin or Semorelin to my TRT to aid with weight loss, joint pain, energy, and workout recovery. I'm on 65mg of test cyp weekly, and my levels are good. Has anyone here had experience with these?

I tried ipamorelin/CJC for a few years but didn't feel anything. I kept taking them hoping they'd help in the background. My IGF-1 didn't change on labs either.
