Stacking Tirz and Reta - Anyone tried it?

The gradual transition from Tirz to Reta makes more sense than stopping cold - keeping some Tirz active while introducing Reta lets you gauge the Reta response without the hunger returning all at once during the crossover. Good plan.

2 weeks is still too early to know if the Reta is adding anything. Most people don't notice it doing much until around the 4-6 week mark at a consistent dose. Appetite and energy are usually the first signals. Give it more time before drawing conclusions.

Hmm, guess it might genuinely be worth switching over to tirz, or combining like you mentioned. Just gotta wait for it to show up though, might keep titrating in the meantime.

Right?! Having great success on tirz myself, got a stash of reta just sitting there unused though, never actually gotten around to trying it.

Do you run both on the same day? Is there an actual benefit stacking them? Tirz has been working well for me currently, still on the fence about adding reta into the mix though.

How are you handling the dosing on that? Just kind of winging it based on feel, or is there more structure to it? Are you running tirz, reta, and tesa all at once?

Agree with the suggestion to push Reta higher, past 12mg even, as long as side effects allow. Went from 5mg Tirz up to higher Reta levels pretty quickly myself with barely any trouble.

Not a ton of research out there yet, but the buzz around Elora sounds like exactly what you're after.

How are sides treating you on Tirz, and now on Reta and Cag?

Stack both here too, though I hit the tirz ceiling before ever touching reta. Ran 15mg tirz until it flattened out completely. That's when reta got added. Currently doing 5mg reta alongside the 15mg tirz. Broke through the stall and I'm sitting around 30% of my starting weight gone.

Mix reta with 3ml and reconstitute tirz with 2ml instead, which lands the tirz strength at 30mg per ml, meaning way less liquid needed per shot. Honestly, without knowing precisely what's really sitting in that 60mg vial of reta, dosing too high or too low becomes a real risk. None of these fills come out perfectly exact, and at that 60mg strength... I'll pass, personally.
