Stacking Tirz and Reta? Thoughts?

I got my peptides a week ago, and I was waiting to add 2mg of reta on day 4 of my current 10mg tirz cycle. I've been thinking about stacking because I've noticed a bit of food cravings around day 4 since upping my tirz. Semaglutide wasn't effective for me, so tirz has been a game changer, but I still wanted to see if stacking would help. I know stacking tirz & reta has worked for some. I'm aiming to lose the last few stubborn pounds and silence that inner voice telling me to snack. This is my first time with peptides, so I was extra nervous working with everything. Any feedback?

I just started 0.5mg reta today, after being on 10mg tirz and not losing anything for two months. Starting at 2mg seems like a lot if you've never tried it. I have no idea what to expect, so I'm starting really low. I used the last bit of my tirz today, then took the 0.5mg reta. I wasn't planning on stacking for very long. I read in another thread that someone felt the reta was doing all the work, so they switched to only reta. I'm going to try it while my vial lasts and see. Good luck to us!

Interesting. I wonder how they determined that. It's like, if you eat a pizza with different toppings, how do you know which topping you tasted most?

I was taking 10 mg tirz, then lowered it to 7.5 mg the same week I started 2 mg Reta. Zero side effects. It was absolutely fine.

I wasn't stacking for a lengthy amount of time, only while tapering down on Tirz. I believe I stacked for maybe 5-6 weeks, while increasing Reta and decreasing Tirz.

They work on similar receptors, so the risk of side effects might increase, even the unpleasant ones. However, many people do it and are satisfied with the results. I now stack reta with cagri, as it impacts a different receptor, and it's been effective for me.

Why not split your dose? That would keep your levels more stable. How long ago did you increase your dose? Try that first, maybe?

I stack both at much smaller doses and inject each every three days on different days. I like it, but your dose jumps could cause discomfort if you aren't careful.

Before your surgery, check how long the peptides take to clear and whether you need to completely clear them beforehand. It will take longer than you think. Plus, Reta stays in your system longer than Tirz. I'd suggest waiting until after the surgery to decide about using Reta.

Same boat. Fell asleep sorting laundry two days ago while sitting on the floor because I was so weak. Been insane. Can hardly walk between rooms without needing a rest. Tested my O2, BP, and blood sugar—all normal. But I'm absolutely zonked. Like first week of keto except it won't quit. Making work brutal. Irony is I was put on these to rule out weight as the cause of my energy problems. At a loss here.

Paused for 2 weeks before my colonoscopy — had to be spotless. GLP really slows your GI tract. Lost a ton of weight during prep, then had a huge sinful meal right after and got back on the shots. Conflicting instructions on surgery? I just played it safe.
