Starting my GLP-1 journey! 🄳

Hong Kong Yanpep International
omg i'm so excited for you!! seriously that's amazing progress and you should be so proud of yourself. i'm picking mine up today and honestly i'm nervous but also super pumped to get started. here's to us!

the 'training wheels' approach made sense—real pharmacy, english emails, accountability. i get it. injecting yourself is different than a sketchy vial from who-knows-where.

Allergies happen from exposure and usually take weeks or months. Impurities in compounded peptides might make allergic reactions more likely, but reactions happen with the real deal too. I inject most stuff in my belly but this one in my thigh.

Week 19 on sema, constipation since week 6. I'm drinking 96oz water, eating berries and pomegranate daily, plus smooth tea at night. Appetite's gone so eating enough is rough. Down 41 at 16 weeks. No laxatives for me — food movement works better.

Diluting Klow in 10ml with 1.8ml lido/epi and 8.2ml BAC water, using a longer 12.7mm needle. Still get a reaction but way less. Red welt takes days to fade. Outer thigh works best for me. Thinking of buying GHK-cu and KPV separate next cycle.

Nobody who's actually started it having regrets is one of the more consistent things you hear in this community. The inflammation piece reducing alongside the weight is the part that often surprises people who came in focused only on the scale. What dose are you starting at and is it through a provider or compounded?

Clean through 2mg and moving to 4mg without terrible sides is a good sign for how the titration is likely to go. Some people don't notice much until 6 or 8mg and having no serious sides along the way means you have room to find where it actually kicks in. What's the plan for timing the next step up?
