Steady progress!

Fantastic results, and I agree with the person who commented on your consistent facial expression! That takes dedication. You should make it a running gag throughout your journey. Post a 6-month and 1-year version with the same face to highlight your progress. Amazing work and congratulations!

Blue steel!

I wish time would fly by! I've hit a plateau since transitioning from phentermine to ozempic. I was on .25 for a couple of weeks, and today is my fourth .5 dose. I'm seeing my doctor this week to review labs (because of my hair), and I'm hoping she approves a bump to 1mg! Keeping my fingers crossed!

It's fascinating how different people experience weight loss on these meds. I lost about 25 pounds in a year. I'm kind of bummed when I see people dropping that much in two months. I need to remember that slow and steady wins the race.

Is it possible to lose weight without increasing how much you exercise?
Yes, these meds work by suppressing appetite and regulating blood sugar. While exercise is always beneficial, weight loss can definitely occur without it, especially in the initial stages. However, incorporating exercise can boost your results and improve overall health.
