Sticking with 0.5mg?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
restarted at 0.5mg after the shortage and it made me sick. stayed on 0.5 until my body could handle higher. back at 1mg now with no issues. doc keeps zofran on hand just in case.

Get it! Like living next to a construction site and the crew quits for the weekend — suddenly you notice the noise was insane. Food noise stays gone on higher doses. Most folks crave more as the week goes, but some drop 80 pounds always at 2.5. Dosing up isn't required. Fair warning though if you're female — some of us notice more food noise around period week.

the 10 year old kit holding potency is a striking data point on peptide stability. storage conditions matter more than most people realize going in. good to have actual test data rather than speculation.

The decade-at-room-temperature result is further from what most stability guidelines suggest but is a real data point - many peptides are significantly more durable than conservative worst-case storage assumptions. The recommended cold storage is sized for manufacturing variability and worst-case batches, not ideal-quality product.

The threshold question is worth researching before submitting a test - if an updated standard is coming, results run under the old range may not be comparable to the incoming benchmark. Checking current accepted limits before ordering a test is the right approach.

Which is probably why I opened with agreeing outright. Was assuming this particular topic referred to peptides broadly, though there's plenty of ongoing chatter about a different hormone entirely. Plenty of vitamins get measured in international units due to older potency inconsistencies.

That particular growth hormone product line is out of stock right now from one overseas supplier, will update once restocked. Domestic supply still has plenty on hand for the other two variants though.
