Still feels unreal!

It's just so wild. After being overweight most of my life, I'm still getting used to my new size. Doing laundry is a trip - the clothes look like they belong to someone else! And when things actually fit, it's a total shock. My brain is still catching up.

My weight's been pretty stable, hanging around 103-104.

Starting weight: 155 lbs
Current weight: 104 lbs
Height : 5'0

You look incredible! I bet your family has a lot to say, being Asian myself I can relate to the comments (good and bad). Congratulations!

You look fantastic! I'm also 5'0". My starting weight was around 175, and now I'm about 120. It's so strange how the mind and body disconnect. I always think a size 6 won't fit, so I buy bigger. Then I have to return it! I'd like to drop maybe another 8 pounds, but I'm good either way. Congrats on your new chapter!

I'm 4'11"! You look amazing and are an inspiration to many, including myself. Could you share a bit about your journey? How long did it take, did you increase the dose as planned? Did you have any nausea or other side effects? Exercise routine? Any advice? Thanks!

Congrats on your progress! I saw someone post recently about hitting 199 from 223... they were so happy to see a '1' at the beginning again! Such a great feeling!

I'm just starting out... I'm curious, do you guys weigh yourselves with clothes on, or naked? I saw someone online complaining about weighing with shoes on LOL!

I always weigh myself first thing in the morning, after using the restroom. Naked, of course! Seems like the most consistent way to get a true weight.

Sure! It's been about 8 months. I did titrate up, but slower than the suggested schedule due to some mild nausea at the higher doses. For exercise, I mostly walk - about 30-45 minutes most days.
