Still got some to lose!

Amazing transformation!!
It's so inspiring seeing others on a similar journey. It reminds me to keep going even when the scale isn't moving! I've been on sema for about 7 months now and down about 35 pounds, but it's definitely been slow and steady.

It's a marathon, not a sprint! I've been on this for nearly a year and the weight comes off at its own pace. Don't get discouraged by others losing faster. The most important thing is building sustainable habits.

Exactly! Celebrate every victory, no matter how small.

I agree with @A1C_Down - sustainable habits are key. I've been focusing on a protein-rich diet and regular walks. It's not always easy, but it's worth it. I also try not to compare myself to others, everyone's body responds differently to the medication.

Still working through recovery from a spine fracture that knocked me out and had me stress-eating like crazy. My type 2 spiraled, so mounjaro seems like the lifeline I need right now. You're doing amazing.

Currently at 10 milligrams after several dose bumps. Staying put here because two more stone to shed, and jumping to 15 might trigger tolerance before I reach goal.
