Still losing on Wegovy after a year!

I've stopped weighing myself regularly, using my clothes as a guide. But I stepped on the scale today and was surprised to see I'm still gradually losing! It's been a year on Wegovy. My initial goal was 120, which I then lowered to 110.

It's wild to think I'm at 100lbs. I feel fantastic, and my recent blood tests show improvements across the board.

Start: 155lbs
Current: 100.3lbs
Height: 5'0''
Total lost: About 55lbs

Still on 2.4mg. I'm injecting every 9-10 days. Thinking of stretching it to 12 and seeing what happens.

Awesome! I've been following you because our stats are so alike. Started at 152, aiming for 130. Got there and was like, "Nope!" Kept going 'til my belly finally disappeared.

Whoa, almost my exact stats!

I'm 4'11", started at 160, aiming for 100.

Bet you look and feel great! Even a little weight makes a difference on us shorties.

I came across an old pic of myself the other day and could barely believe how big I'd gotten. Now I'm just grateful for where I am and excited about going even further. It's a journey, that's for sure.

I've been lucky with minimal side effects, thankfully. I think changing my eating habits has helped a lot. I'm planning to add cardio to my routine now - jogging, running. The excess weight held me back before because of foot issues, but not anymore! 🙌

Year in now. Started 197, sitting at 144, aiming for 135. Down 4 jean sizes. Been on a plateau for a month, bouncing between ups and downs. Running out of medication next month due to insurance costs. Feeling okay at this weight even if I'm technically still a few pounds into overweight. Here's hoping the progress holds.

slower loss is legit. the scary side effects come from dropping too fast. i'm on the pill too and tracking calories hard - that's what's driving my loss right now, not the med until i hit higher doses.
