Awesome job! I heard a trick – haven't tried it myself, but thought I'd share. Try taking lots of pics of the 'new' you and spend a few minutes each day really looking at them. Apparently, it helps your brain catch up. You could even try a little pep talk with each photo, like 'I'm doing great,' 'all my hard work is paying off,' and 'I'm stronger than I thought.'

OMG, it's not just the weight, you seriously look like you've turned back the clock! So much healthier and glowing. You were pretty before, but now there's just this incredible radiance.

Well, deep down, you're still you... only now you get to enjoy shopping for smaller sizes and maybe even treating yourself to a makeover at the makeup counter. Sometimes, a little outside change helps us see ourselves differently. I notice it when I have to adjust my pants.

This is amazing! How long did it take before you saw results? I'm on week seven and feel exactly the same. I just want to eat all the time... I'm fighting it, but my clothes are just fitting tighter.

I'm so happy for you! I've been on sema since late summer '24 and started lifting weights about a year later. Seeing changes in my face got me motivated to keep going!

I'm a shortie, 5'2", and started sema at close to 175 lbs in the summer of '24. Now I'm around 130 and about to stop taking it. It's been a wild ride, but I feel so much better! I'm hoping to keep it up as I wean off.
