Three months running reta now and honestly things couldn't be going better. Down seven kilos already, staying on target with calories and protein, and getting in five weekly gym sessions plus extra cardio. Everything feels dialed in at the moment. That said, I'm curious what lies ahead once these injections eventually stop, whichever compound ends up being involved. A few things I'd genuinely love input on. Hunger, so many accounts describe it roaring back with a vengeance until food consumes your thinking, did that match your reality, and just how strong did that pull get? Stopping method, cold turkey versus a gradual taper or spacing shots further apart? Keeping the weight off, is that holding steady these days or has some crept back? Curious how much time has passed since stopping and what that adjustment period actually looked like. Appreciate any insight!
