Sudden Turkey Neck?! Help!

Okay, so I've got a real problem. I've noticed some serious 'turkey neck' action happening. I've managed to drop around 30 pounds, hoping to lose another 30, but this loose skin under my chin is not cute! Any ideas on peptides or anything else that might help?

Honestly, I think you'd be better off focusing on exercises to tighten up your jawline. Peptides aren't really going to target that kind of loose skin. I chew special gum for jaw workouts that I got online.

I'm actually planning a lower facelift and neck lift to get rid of mine. Medical tourism is super popular in places like Korea, Turkey, Colombia, and Mexico. I've got my surgery scheduled for this October in Mexico.

Yeah, I've got the same problem. Honestly, I think surgery is the only way to get the kind of results I'm looking for. I'm having a facelift/necklift and a mini tummy tuck done in October here in the US. It's a big expense, but I want to enjoy the results while I can.

Unfortunately, there's not a ton you can do for the neck. Surgery or thread lifts are often the only things that give significant results. Topicals or microneedling might offer slight improvements. Botox can be an option, but it really depends on the cause of the neck issue. It's not a one-size-fits-all solution.

My neck is due to volume loss in my cheeks, so I don't think Botox is the right choice for me. Filler might help lift my jowls. I've also been trying tretinoin, GHK-Cu, and estriol cream with minimal success.

I'm starting to think cosmetic surgery is the only real solution for this. However, I've seen some jaw exercise balls that are supposed to help with jawline definition. You can find them online.

You can search for 'turkey neck botox' online. It might work for you, depending on how bad it is. I'm going to try it myself. I'm also thinking about going to Turkey for a neck lift if the botox doesn't work! Maybe a little something else while I'm there... 😉

Wow, some people DIY botox? They seem to get decent results after tons of research, even watching surgeons online. Some say botox is one of the easier DIY procedures, but it seems risky. I've seen pics of botched botox jobs, and it's scary!

I don't have the guts for that! I've watched videos and practiced injecting saline into chicken breasts, but I can't do it to myself. Some get really good results, doing a little at a time. It's easier to add more later than to deal with a bad DIY job for months.
