Sun sensitivity on this stuff?

I'm only down about 15 pounds so far, started in August. I feel amazing, but I'm nowhere near the shape some of you are in. It's inspiring, though!

Hey every bit counts! Focus on feeling better and the rest will follow!

blood work for igf-1 usually comes back in range easier than testosterone. people in the tesa studies are deficient so maybe fewer side effects. if managing sides, 5/2 isn't the only way - you can lower the daily dose anyway. works for me though since i've got other peptides stacked anyway.

Thought they tried 1mg daily and it did nothing for visceral fat compared to placebo. Most here stack it for body recomp, but the actual approved use is visceral fat, so that's what the trials measured. Docs never talked about side effects in the papers either.

Skin sensitivity at 4mg very hard to tolerate and then at 8mg only showing up when cold is the dose-adaptive pattern that's worth knowing about. The OP's sun sensitivity question is in the same neighborhood - threshold effects that come and go rather than constant. What's the dose timeline from 4mg to 8mg look like?

The ringing ears at 10mg/6d is a rare but documented side effect at higher dose frequencies. Whether it was dose-dependent or timing-dependent is hard to know without retesting at a different schedule. The sun sensitivity question in the OP's thread title combined with a massive result at 5'2" is worth unpacking separately.

Agreed, bumped up to 6mg these past four weeks and it's turned out to be my most effective amount so far. Starting to notice some downsides though, like skin sensitivity creeping in. Nothing severe, just noticeable now.

Woman here, though I don't think that changes much. Only 5-6 lbs left before I hit goal, so now it's about landing on a maintenance amount. Sitting at 8mg right now, considering dropping to 4mg. Guess I'll just have to test it out and see.
