Survo is kinda out there...

Those hormone-driven cravings unfortunately push right past the medication sometimes. Just ride it out honestly, since bumping the dose higher brings side effects that are way too unpleasant to deal with.

Still hit with cravings for sweet and salty stuff constantly. An entire sleeve of chips wouldn't be a problem to finish, with room left for more. Planning to bump up to 1mg on the next injection to see if that shifts anything.

Those burger cravings are familiar. You've probably decided already, but here's my take. Eating the whole burger would make me feel sick afterwards. Half a burger feels slightly unsatisfying and the other half loses its appeal as time passes. A lighter meal plus maybe a protein snack? More satisfying, fewer tummy problems. That's my experience, on mounjaro I've eaten burgers and it went fine roughly half the time. You're still at a low dose. As mentioned, cravings I understand. It comes down to whether you fancy experimenting.

I'm amazed how many candy cravings, Reese's peanut butter ones especially, have vanished. I suspect that accounts for half of the deficit driving my loss. Only one sweet urge remains: fruit. Not a bad thing, likely. This week I might grab a crate of peelable citrus, such as tangerines or clementines.

Early on I honestly missed eating, particularly after a full work week, that mindless part of it. A year in, it no longer bothers me and food sits differently in my head. When a craving for something nice hits (my sweet tooth never left), I buy a really good dessert. Last week it was a delicious Basque cheesecake.
