Survo vs Cagri: Your Thoughts?

Okay, so I know some of you have asked about this, so I wanted to share my experience comparing surv0 and cagri. I think surv0 is a bit gentler than cagri, but maybe not quite as effective. I started surv0 at 0.5mg and quickly worked my way up to 1mg. I was on 2mg of cagri when I switched. If cagri gives you bad side effects, surv0 might be a better bet. Survo can cause some constipation, kinda like sema. I'm trying to see how a surv0 dose compares to a cagri dose.

I felt like the cagri was losing its effectiveness after a month or two. I even stacked 1mg of surv0 with 2mg of cagri to see if it would help. I think a higher dose of surv0 might be the key.

Update on surv0: I think it's about 2-3x stronger than sema. I felt it pretty good at 3mg of surv0 with reta. 1mg-2mg should be a good dose for most people, but it can constipate you even worse than sema. Drink lots of water and get plenty of fiber!

I started in early October, stacking 0.3mg with 5mg of tirzepatide. Last week, I upped my tirzepatide to 7mg, and today's my Survo day. I went to 0.6mg. I've got a slight headache. I think it's helping with the tirzepatide fatigue. It seems to make a small difference, but it's tough to say for sure, because I'm also trying that mitochondria-repair thing, and I know SS-31 is doing something.

I've been on 7.5mg of Tirz since August. I started stacking Survo in September because I wanted to 1) stay at 7.5 Tirz; 2) get a bit more energy; 3) was getting close to my target weight. I started Survo at .6 and have been at 1.8 for the last month. I like it. I don't feel much from either, and that's fine. I'm at my goal weight now, I have energy, no food cravings, and I eat when I want to, and don't when I'm not hungry - which is most of the time. Hoping this lasts.

It has for me, and I'm on the same doses as LosingtheLabrador. Survo is weird; it feels like it's doing nothing, but if you accidentally double your dose, you REALLY notice it. It affects your mind more than your body. I doubled my dose a while back because I was annoyed it wasn't helping my fatigue, and I wanted to feel something. Had some nausea, but I also couldn't even look at food for a week. Now I realize that 'food is boring' feeling is there all the time since I started Survo, which is different from how I feel on tirz.

Exactly! I feel the same with my current tirz and reta plan. I'm on 8mg of tirz (Thurs) and 4mg reta (Mon) weekly, and the 'I don't want to eat anything' I get from reta is different from the 'I could eat, and probably will' from tirz. I'm not sure I like it! After I get where I want with the reta, I'll probably go back to tirz. Maybe I'll add a little cagri later if I need it, instead of more reta. I have 2 kits of reta in the freezer, but it's more of a 'maybe I'll use it again' thing.

Yep, it's still working. 🙂

Like DenverDan72, I can't 'feel' anything - it just makes it about choices, not cravings... unless you get bored and take a bigger dose 'just to see'. LOL - I won't do that again. I'm trying to recomp now (never thought I'd do that) and don't know how I'd do it on T alone. T really kills my appetite.

I have a kit of Survo coming... I'm testing Cagri now, week 5, up from .25 to .375 and it's working. If it stops based on what you guys are saying, I'll try Survo... Seems nice. I'm on 6mg Tirz... So, start Survo at .3? The vials are 10mg...kinda much. Anyone mix, split, and freeze this stuff?
