I'm stacking 3.5mg Survo each week with 7mg Tirz weekly. I haven't been hungry at all for half a year. Even so, and even while eating around 1100 calories a day, I had a two-month stall and am now only losing one to two pounds a month. But I have a slow metabolism because I'm 54, past menopause, and have type 2 diabetes and Hashimoto's. I'll take the one to two pounds and be happy. I'm only 20 pounds from my goal.
Sadly, my specific health issues really slow things down. Someone without these issues would probably do much better, since Survo completely removes any hunger.
I picked Survo over Reta because I was worried about a faster heart rate. I now know the increase is usually small. If I could redo it, I'd probably just use Reta alone and not stack Tirz with Survo, but I have 10 vials of each in my freezer and I don't want to waste them. However, if I stall again, I'll buy Reta. Also, I had no side effects with either Tirz or Survo. If you're male, or at least not a menopausal woman with autoimmune diseases, you'll probably do great [EMOJI: slightly smiling face]
