Switching from Tirz to Reta...worth trying?

I count myself very lucky, tirz worked great for a full year before my plateau, and I never had side effects. Figuring out titration must be really hard with GI issues. Hopefully reta goes better and you don't get such bad problems this time!
 
Hi all. Two years-plus on this now, and Reta has taken 34 kg off me. Tirz came first, topping out at 7.5 mg, then I changed drugs, and right now my weekly maintenance shot is somewhere between 2.5 and 5 of Reta. Has anyone had loose stools along with it, and what helped you? It keeps getting named as a likely problem. Apart from that I feel good, except my skin got touchier and more reactive to everything around me, which is new.
 
My old schedule: 2mg Reta on Mondays, 8mg Tirz on Thursdays. These days it's 8mg of Tirz each fifth day. My tinnitus got worse after I started Reta, so Reta is out for now, as a test of whether that was the culprit.
