So, I began with the green pen, moved onto the -tide for about 8 months, and now I'm back on a sema, but the oral version.

Thinking of going all-natural alongside the Rybelsus now. I've gone from 264 to 213, and I've actually gained some muscle, so it's definitely fat loss.

I feel fantastic!
 
The fact you're tracking fat loss specifically is key. Most people just focus on the overall weight. I got a DEXA scan at 6 months and it showed around 70% fat loss and 30% lean mass. Did you get scanned, or are you tracking with measurements?
 
I'm on Wegovy and honestly don't experience any of that. Had to cut back on coffee—more than one cup makes me feel gross. Sodas too. Cut back on fried food. Once I figured out my triggers, I'm solid. No constipation or diarrhea. Don't let horror stories scare you off.

I'm curious about that too! I've been using measurements, but I'm wondering if a scan would be more accurate. Thinking of Reta next but heard it's hard to find
