Zero change at expected peak timing is the clearest functional indication of a non-active compound.

The community testing participation is one of the more practical forms of quality intelligence - contributing to a pool with shared results benefits from scale, and the cost spreads across more people. Getting into an established group is usually a matter of asking in the relevant threads.
 
Before finding this community, I bought the third compound without knowing whether it came with any lab testing. Did some digging and eventually found documentation in a smaller format. Haven't run into any issues personally, but for real peace of mind you'd need to test the vials yourself. There's really no way to guarantee the actual contents match whatever documentation gets provided.
 
Maybe this isn't talked about enough anymore, but certificates from overseas sellers are essentially meaningless, always have been. I never bother 'investigating' them since they're basically invented from nothing.
*Speaking specifically about overseas sourcing here. No idea whether smaller domestic sellers run legitimate testing. Would guess probably not.
