Taco Bell... the great regulator?

Been majorly backed up for days. Door dashed some Taco Bell last night. I'm talking... cleared out. Better than any cleanse I've tried. I carefully planned my daily calories for this, but wow. Maybe I can chill on the fiber supplements for a bit.

I swear, it's only TB. Haven't touched the stuff in years because of the aftermath. Other Mexican restaurants? Totally fine. Taco Bell? Nope.

Haha, I had their new chips with the nacho dip and I was paying for it all morning! Worth it, though?

For me, it's water. I discovered drinking 2-3 liters of water throughout the day really helps keep things moving. Kinda boring, but it works!

I've been trying to drink more water. It's hard! Does anyone have tips on how to drink that much? I only manage like, half that.

I've found that digestive enzymes really help. I take one with each meal and it's made a huge difference in bloating and regularity.

Just be aware that stomach issues might not always be related to the medication. I had some pretty bad stomach issues about a month ago, and it ended up being a virus. Bad pastries and brownies are no bueno! The symptoms were similar. When in doubt, check your temperature. Might not be the sema after all.
