Tesofensine + Tirzepatide: Anyone tried?

Anyone mixing Teso and tirz? Oral or injection? What's your experience? My doc's open to peptide combos, so I'm exploring options.

Tried that combo. Got a huge energy boost, but sleep went to hell. Seems like many people stop it pretty soon because of issues. Try just a month's worth to test it out. Lower doses (like 500mcg instead of 1mg) had fewer problems in studies. It didn't kill my appetite that much. Good luck!

Okay, so I'm on 10mg of a triz blend, popped one 500mcg teso pill...it's potent. Energy through the roof, amazing focus, boosted mood. Appetite was slightly suppressed, felt super motivated. Normally hit the gym 2-3 times a week, managed 5 times on this stuff because I had SO much energy. Downsides: headaches, couldn't sleep, felt overstimulated, dry mouth, blood pressure and heart rate were a bit higher, weird chest feeling (not pain, just odd). Sides weren't every day, lasted over a week from just one pill. I was stuck but then dropped from 236 to 228 in about 7 days. I'm not taking any more for now because of the sides. Maybe a smaller dose later, definitely not long term. Not on any other meds.

The peptide sub might have more info. Teso gave me tinnitus that hasn't gone away, even months after stopping. Not alone in this.

It can mess with sleep but gives focus and energy. I only need a half dose. Take it first thing. If I wake up super early, I'll take it then go back to bed. It's a pill, not an injection. Lots of info over on the peptide sub.

Been on it for 5 days. No bad effects yet. Appetite isn't curbed much yet, but I do stack other peptides. Taking it mainly for fat loss, not appetite.

Just a reminder that combining medications, especially those affecting blood pressure or blood sugar, requires close monitoring by your physician. I saw a concerning interaction noted between certain diuretics and semaglutide. Patients with hypertension should discuss potential risks with their providers.

I've used Ipamorelin and CJC together for a while now, but honestly haven't noticed anything concrete. Keeping at it hoping for some kind of background benefit. Labs didn't show any IGF-1 boost either.

I keep seeing people talk about microdosing to dodge that hunger spike that happens midweek. Has anyone here stacked tirzepatide with semaglutide shots a few days apart instead? Wondering if mixing them might keep the cravings flatter across the week.

Smaller doses felt great initially but hunger ramped back up after a bit. Don't hesitate to increase. Get enough protein too - helps a ton. What made you raise the dose?
