Thanks for sharin' your journey!

I had a similar experience to @Drew_1984 the other day. A friend was kinda judgey when I said I was starting on GLP-1s. He immediately asked if a doctor had recommended it, with this really condescending tone. It's like he thought I was just doing it for vanity, not because my doctor suggested it to help with insulin resistance and my dodgy knee! He just doesn't realize how much it can help some people.

Do you hit the gym daily? Also, is that a Filipino flag in the background? Just curious if you are from the Philippines. Looking good!

I'm curious about your workout routine too! And congrats on your progress

Totally right. Needles are just one part. You have to commit to the whole journey - eating better, moving more, lifestyle change, real effort. All of it matters. Thanks for showing your work.

elevated blood sugars from secretagogues or hgh usually aren't worth it. glp drugs are solid anti-diabetes meds so you're covered there. if you can keep sugars ok then fine, but if not the health effects might flip negative.

Taken any measurements? With big weight loss, loose skin happens. Depends on your age—might improve over time. I take collagen and Q10 to help. Hydration's huge too. Mentally prepping myself for surgery maybe, but mostly want to feel good about myself in the mirror.
